Autotrade (TP / SL) Support

• Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) can be enabled directly from the Instant Trade panel

• When Auto is enabled, TP/SL is attached to the Quick Buy trade at execution

• Active TP/SL orders appear under Limit Orders / Active Positions
