# Debug Login Issues
### Issue 1: can't log in at all
visit [chrome://version](chrome://version/) and make sure your browser version is greater than 138
Still can't login?
1. It’s often a network issue. Try switching to a different VPN node and retry.
2. If still not working, trying reinstalling the extension
