Troubleshooting: Labels Not Showing

If you cannot see wallet labels on Solscan, Axiom, GMGN, Terminal (Padre), or other supported platforms:

1. Open Chrome DevTools and navigate to the Service Worker network tab

2. Filter requests by "batch-query"

3. Click on the request

4. Capture two messages:

   1. Payload tab — shows the request URL, method, and payload. Please copy all messages on this tab.

   

   1. Response tab — shows the returned wallet metadata. Please copy all messages on this tab.

   
5. Send above two messages to Frontrun Team as well as your user id, which can be found in Setting.
