# Debug Network Requests

#### Troubleshooting: Labels Not Showing

If you cannot see wallet labels on Solscan, Axiom, GMGN, Terminal (Padre), or other\
supported platforms:

1. Open Chrome DevTools and navigate to the Service Worker network tab
2. Filter requests by "`batch-query`"
3. Click on the request
4. Capture two messages: 

   1. **Payload** tab — shows the request URL, method, and payload. Please copy all messages on this tab.

   1. **Response** tab — shows the returned wallet metadata. Please copy all messages on this tab.
